Debbie's Garden Medley Dip Mix is just that, a great medley of veggies from the garden. Starting with red and green bell peppers, carrots, onions, and a great blend of spices. This mix is great as a veggie and chip dip or a perfect spice packet additive to your next meal.

Meatloaf
1.25 pounds ground chuck
1/2 cup frozen seasoning blend (celery, onions, etc)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 pkg Debbie's Garden Medley Dip Mix
3 tablespoons steak sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl, combine all above ingredients. Shape into a loaf on prepared pan.
Sauce 1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup steak sauce
In a medium bowl combine sauce ingredients. Bake the meat loaf for 1 hour or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 165 degrees, brushing with sauce every 15 minutes. Let meat loaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
Ingredients: Red and green bell peppers, various dehydrated vegetables, salt, maltodextrin, garlic & onion, spices, natural flavor, autolyzed yeast extract.
